I am determined to make a difference by helping others find their passions. I believe my God given gift is my passion to help others in life through motivational writings and presentations. I have a skill of presenting material in an honest and compelling way that audiences respond positively to which fuels my determination.

I grew up with two handicapped siblings who have given me a perspective on life I could never have achieved without them. They have been a complete blessing and have fueled my compassion, humility, and my lack of interest in excuses.

I have done all of the below and more but my interest is in making a better future by understanding the past but not using it as a crutch to be complacent. I am determined to help the inner city kids of America achieve the American Dream. They have been discounted and need us to help them become self motivated in order to achieve their dreams. Not one of us is incapable; some of us just need a little motivation and human support to meet the challenges.

As I develop my career as an independent speaker, author, and coach, I hope to share that success with these kids that have been left behind.

For the business types I have outlined some of the highlights of my career:

I started my business career over 30 years ago. My experience includes sales, customer service, compliance, implementation, process improvement and strategic management positions. I love strategic planning and have been involved with major restructuring, process initiatives, and the development of new products and services for fortune 500 organizations as well as small start up firms. I currently develop content for professional communities including publishing 3 magazines, several newsletters, books, and articles. I have been a speaker at many conference and events in North America and Brazil.

I have implemented and managed customer service centers for a fortune 500 organization and was the executive director for the world’s largest IT help desk association. My management expertise includes the development and implementation of business initiatives that help to improve the customer experience and the bottom line.

I currently hold the position as the director of membership and publications for Redwood Collaborative Media who are responsible for serving the Software Test Professionals and Contact Center Associations.
